Erik is the real deal. He’s not only very skilled and mastered in somatic hypnotherapy but his presence is profoundly healing, attentive, compassionate, and I enjoyed the humor (when needed) that he would add to help me go deeper into my healing. Erik's combination of soothing touch and careful guided imagery is shockingly powerful. I came in with a pretty embarrassing problem that I wasn't even sure I would share with Eric, but his caring, kind and non-judgmental manner let it all unfold. Eric really took his time listening, and when it was time to start working, we had already established some trust.
