Ordered premium PINK stem roses 36 roses for wife’s 35th birthday to be delivered before 3pm. But received regular “Costco” type bouquet of 33!!! Roses! And bouquet arrived late at 3:25pm. The idea was to have exact amount of roses for 35th birthday, but they put only 33 regular roses. It is scam! NEVER WILL USE THIS PLACE AND NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. Also in support chat, store said that 35 red roses would be around $75, but I paid $165 ($200 with delivery and tips) because I wanted something more special.
I ordered flowers for my sisters birthday the bouquet was centered around lilies and tulips. I came to pick up the bouquet and they let me know they didn’t receive either. The bouquet I ordered looked nothing like the one they wanted to give me. Didn’t even call me the day before to let me know that they couldn’t get the flowers. Such terrible service, and I had ordered the flowers way in advance.
The most beautiful flower arrangement anyone has ever seen was delivered to my fathers funeral this last week. Made with just the prettiest flowers and i cant express how thankful i am that they delivered this for me. My dad would have loved these. thank you so much again for everything and i can only recommend your shop to everyone i know.
