I’ve been going to Bloom for many years and basically have been happy. I would only get color never a cut. But this time I decided to try getting a cut. It was supposed to be an angle cut. What I walked out with is the worse cut ever. The back was cut straight not even angled & the front didn’t even match the back. When your friends & spouse asked “Did you not stay to have it finished?” When I contacted the stylist she never responded or offered to refund at least the tip. Here are pictures. Very disappointing. I went in for a trim and left damaged and chopped up. Highly do not recommend
