They went out of their way to offer the best options and found me unparalleled arrangements that we just amazing!! they went out of their way to personally deliver the arrangements on time. I want to thank you for your personal service the best florist I have ever experienced.
If I could rate lower I would. Absolutely horribly rude staff. They gave a quote for my daughters bouquet, 1 grooms boutonniere, 2 groomsmen's boutonnieres and a corsage, proceeded to lose our order, and leave my written down credit card number out in the open for public to view. When my daughters fiancé followed up on why we hadn't been charged, they were very rude to him, then doubled the price. I called to cancel the order and they charged my card anyway. Have ordered flowers from here 3 times now, absolutely beautiful, delivered on time and packed with love, highly recommended.🦋
Paid a small fortune, tried to get the delivery changed , was mislead that it could be changed. Delivered flowers to original location and the person I sent the flowers to Never got them nor was she notified . Sleezy company, bad service. Wouldn't even offer to correct anything. Thanks for ripping me off $165!
