I don't recommend this place. They want you to announce to the world what your phone number is and that's a breach of privacy. They should be asking for ID of a patient number or medical record number. Also there's a little man with a suit jacket on behind the counter gossiping constantly with the lady in the back corner and he's mean mugging patients who are just waiting for their name to be called. The only good part is the chairs are comfy and they play piano music.

I would make a trip to Palo Alto lab instead if you can. Had good experiences here before but will not be going back. With that said, the lab technicians have always been great. Sadly they had an incredibly condescending, and disrespectful young person working the front desk who needs a lesson in compassion. Healthcare is hard enough. Maybe try to listen to understand the patient instead of listening with the intent to just reply. Visit to RWC clinic lab was amazing! Although busy at 1pm, I was seen right away, was treated with excellent professionalism, blood was drawn efficiently, labels checked thoroughly, and was released. Wait was probably 5 minutes at most!!!!
