Never had an issue before but on March 11th a male phlebotomist who did my blood draw, a shorter guy, did a horrible job. I’d never seen him before so maybe he’s new. Check out this hematoma he made on my arm, it was hard and bigger yesterday. He clearly punctured through the vein, the angle wasn’t right, his hand was not stable as he switched vials, etc. I’ve had other people perform blood draw without any issue, this was the worst one I’ve ever had in my life.
The visit at the lab was exceptionally well no issues whatsoever. Yes I would extremely recommend the Stanford lab to anybody. I know that needs lab work done. Thank you Stanford medical and it’s entirety.
Simple process, gentle staff, prompt service, and no appointment required. I was in and out in 15 min. The turn around was impressive! I received my test results in less than 2 hours.
Lab visits for blood draws are always kindly and professionally handled by the whole lab staff. Wait times are short. Have been there very many times and have always experienced their high quality of dealing with patients. Five stars to each staff member. Much appreciated!
