Never had an issue before but on March 11th a male phlebotomist who did my blood draw, did a horrible job. I’d never seen him before so maybe he’s new. Check out this hematoma he made on my arm, it was hard and bigger yesterday. He clearly punctured through the vein, the angle wasn’t right, his hand was not stable as he switched vials, etc. I’ve had other people perform blood draw without any issue, this was the worst one I’ve ever had in my life.
The medical team was highly professional and attentive. They carefully explained the donation procedure, answered all my questions, and ensured that I felt comfortable before, during, and after the donation. I appreciated how calmly and efficiently everything was handled, which helped make the experience stress free. Another thing I appreciated was the strong focus on cleanliness, safety, and hygiene. Some of the best phlobotomists I've ever had. Their needles are sharp and short.
I had bruises/ hematoma last 2 weeks go with the girl phlebotomist, but kudos to guy Asian he is good
