They are understaffed for Saturday appointments. My wife and I scheduled ours at same time, but she was almost done before they even started the screening.
These guys call like crazy because there is always a need for blood. Ok fine. I want to give blood. The staff is friendly. However....if I make an appointment at 9:30 I shouldn't have to wait 1 hr 15 minutes to start. Stop over booking. I watched another guy walk out after waiting 30 minutes. Either staff up more effectively or book less.....🤬🤬🤬
