I have always encountered courteous staff and technicians while making my donations, which I have done for many years. Everyone there makes you feel special and appreciated, ensures your comfort, even after at the canteen. Making online appointments are easy to make/change to fit your schedule. I couldn't be happier to be involved with such a great organization! I would be happy to donate more often if I could! Thank you all (Josh) for making my experience great yesterday!
