Dr Shea was wonderful. Picked up glasses and they were too tight over the ears and nose pads dug into my skin. Tech reluctantly adjusted the arms. Still too tight. Asked about nose pads and he said to bend them myself. Asked him for help. Crickets. He walked away. Now my ears and nose are sore. Nose is painful and since they don't sit correctly reading is blurred unless I push them up as high as I can. Even then I'm not acquiring the correct persciption.. Signed pained and frustrated.
Dr. Shea was amazing as always. The tech would not listen when I asked to have the glasses loosened for they were too tight on the ears and nose. Made adjustments saying they were fine. Crickets when asked again. Getting headaches signed unhappy and pained.
Absolutely horrible. First off, since this whole Covid pandemic, Blondin uses the same PPE blue gloves and face mask. The gloves are the most concerning given the need to touch patients eyes during exams. Within 2 weeks of my last visit, I developed a red, itchy rash around my eyes. In addition, they make patients wait in their idling cars. It is against CT state law to idle cars.
