I had such an amazing experience here with Lexi! I found her on Instagram and liked her work on there. I was praying I’d like her just overall too so that I could find a new hair girl local to me. She did a full head of blonde highlights and they turned out PERFECT — exactly what I wanted. She was so sweet and made me feel super comfortable the whole time. She’s a doll! Update a month later - I have STILL not heard back from the salon or my stylist Jacqueline despite my attempts to reach out about my hair. I would highly recommend against booking here. You will be ignored and blocked if they mess up your hair. I have told so many others in the community what happened here and they are shocked at the unprofessionalism that occured. The result was not great so I kindly reached out to the stylist a few days later about my hair being dark and roots showing a ton & she agreed she was surprised about the result and that maybe going brunette would be a better decision for my hair for now.
