I was there a few times on and off for a few years when we lived in San Antonio. The last time I went I had just gotten a root touch up for the ombré I had already gotten from a previous time, and they charged me $300 for “another ombré”. I will never be back, even as we get ready to move back to San Antonio. Who charges $300 for roots?

A friend of mine got a haircut here and it turned out HORRIBLE. Cost her $65, yet ended up being uneven and not blended. In addition, she contacted them and they are saying that they do not provide refunds and that all they can do is fix it, but I wouldn’t trust a place to fix my hair after messing it up like this. She needs her refund in order to get her haircut fixed at a better salon... bad haircut and they blamed the mistakes on the customer instead of taking responsibility. Had appointment with Bailey. She shampooed hair and did not get underneath. Rinsed hair and thought she would get it on second shampoo. No she put creme rinse in and rinsed. The cut. I said take a inch or two off. She went straight across the bottom then from the back to side on both sides. Cut half of bangs. Then blew dry my hair. I was out of there in 20 minutes. She charged me 60.00 dollars. 20 Minutes 60.00 dollars. That is thievery.
First time at a salon in years! I am biracial with very long curly (3c) hair of which I had destroyed and bleached and box colored brown on top of to try to fix... I made an appointment and Velma did an INCREDIBLE job on my hair! Best hair appointment I’ve ever had and everyone can’t stop raving about it. Finding a great stylist that can color/highlight and handle very curly hair and not have it completely falling out or super dry can be TOUGH but Velma did it with ease!!!!
