Cassandra, the owner is absolutely amazing. She is always teaching and answering questions so her clients are better informed. Her work ethic and results are stunning. She listens to you and your concerns. I’ve have literally traveled almost two hours for a stylist, Cassandra has exceeded everything I have imagined and more. If you want trustworthy stylist that listens and provides results please see her. She never pushes products and she always does what best for your hair
The owner, Cassandra, of this salon is very unprofessional and dismissive. After being a client for over two years, I had canceled two appointments. One was for being sick and the other was for going out of town, which I gave her over two weeks notice. I feel that is adequate notice to cancel an appointment. I have tried to reschedule the appointment twice now and have been totally ignored by her.
