We had an issue where unwarranted Criminal Charges were laid against my colleague. We contacted Sheena O'Rielly at Blois Nickerson and Bryson. She advocated tirelessly on behalf of my colleague, exposing blatant Charter violations to the Crown, and ultimately had every charge withdrawn before a plea was entered.
