They are patient, explained everything, and even talked to my fur babies in that silly voice I use. I hated leaving my last vet but they've made me very comfortable!
We had used Block House for several years with no issue. About 4 months ago, one of our existing dogs had puppies and we started bringing in the two that we kept. Both of the puppies and mom ended up with skin conditions that BH treated and treated and treated ($$$) with no seeming fix and very poor communication. We ended up moving vets out of financial necessity and wanting to actually get them healthy, and the "vet records" that we requested from them to give to the new place don't even have any vaccination records or any... read more
I have been taking my sweet animal family to Block House Creek Animal Hospital for 14 years. I love, love this place. They treat our animals like family, they are honest and very caring. Would not take my sweet kitties and dogs anywhere else.
I would recommend them to anyone in need of a good vet; they are always very polite & courteous.
They saved my daughters fur baby's life for sure!! I would for sure recommend them to anyone!
