Do not ever use this doctor. It has been my primary care for years but I have not been in some time. Now that I am I’ll and really need them they have refused to see me. It is my belief that they would not see me because my symptoms mirror the corona virus.
Dr Block is a super hero !!!! He is by far the best doctor my family and I have ever been to . He is the most thorough doctor . Dr B takes such good care of our family . He detected my husband’s prostate cancer when no other doctor would have noticed his psa numbers changing . I have been a patient there since the year they opened. I’ve had nothing but wonderful experiences and excellent care by physicians that absolutely go above and beyond to help.
I love Dr Nation. But I can’t stand the unhelpful and Impersonal check in desk staff.
Doctors and staff are willing to take the time to talk to you, and advocate for you. I feel like family here, which cannot be said at a lot of doctor's offices.
Doctor Susan Smolen is part of our family, we are being her patients for over 16 years now and I would not change anything about her or how she treats us. Dr. Smolen is super knowledgeable, super caring, super understanding, she is a great human being.
Very unprofessional. Never had a problem getting my disabled sons meds from a pcp before until this office. When I ask to see another physician in the office I was sent a certified letter in the mail telling me to find another pcp elsewhere. I found this to be very snooty and very unprofessional. I am happy to find another doctor that actually cares to help their patients.
