Anonymized to prevent retaliation. Their lack of responsiveness and commitment to being unhelpful is genuinely impressive. There is always someone manning the phone who picks up quickly and tells you well rehearsed shameless and outlandish little lies to get you to hang up. The person who is supposed to handle your inquiry just always happens to be "out of office but back next week". This once happened four weeks in a row. Irresponsible, non-responsive, expensive management company that doesn't put up half of the effort that makes the money worth it. My building did not get taken good care of, trash buildup is constant due to lack of service, and they never took take of managing our annual elevator and sprinkler inspections, which caused multiple accidents of residents getting stuck inside elevator. This company is a total joke. They tell you to email them with any concerns and yet they NEVER reply. The lady that answers the phone is a total B...-- and has the nastiest attitude. The truth is they don't CARE about their tenants. They only care about money. If I could give this place -37843 stars, I would. Stay away from this place.
