People are very racially toward African American… had person called police and today I tried ask a person a question he look me in my face and said I don’t talk to your type … so breaking lease next month and moving I have kids who don’t need be round this type of energy.., then someone kick my family out a lounge in the cold for a tree 2 times and said they was decorating the whole room
For a studio apartment, it is 1287 dollars a month. Insane. So you must be thinking, “Well, it must have GREAT amenities.” You’d be wrong. This place has ZERO amenities worth that price tag. The gym membership for the YMCA was cancelled unannounced after the gym closed, still paying the exact same amount. And do not let the google business page fool you, there is definitely NOT a pool or a fitness center in this complex. The crime that takes place in the parking garage is ridiculous. Great complex, close to everything Mass Ave has to offer, excellent walkability, and great leasing/management staff.
I had a great experience at Block 20. Samantha, the leasing office manager, and all the staff (including grounds keeps and maintenance service workers) were always kinda and helpful for the 1 year and 8.5 months I lived there. There is noise from the Rathskellers live music night (Wednesday- Sunday (and no concerts October, November, December, January, and February).
