I moved into a unit site unseen (yes my mistake) I was weeks away from my wedding, just had hand surgery, and was in a rush. Stay away!!! They took my application fee of $330 and deposit of $250 for a move-in. I am in the military and received an order for me to leave my current station in 60 days. I informed the apartment 2 weeks before my move-in date and they would not refund me anything. STAY AWAY!!!

0 stars all around. I have lived at one of their properties for the past 2 years and have had nothing but issues. A pipe burst back in August of 2020, still have not had repairs done. Told me I was in violation multiple times for not cleaning up after my dog which is untrue and told me to disregard the violations each time I call about it. I do not know what to say about this company. I have never been down talked to by anyone, I lived in these Townhomes since 2006. When the new company took over in 2021, I have had issues since day one. We just moved into this apartment 2 weeks ago. We got a notice that they need to do maintenance on the back door and that it will take 2-3 weeks to complete. Not only that, but they said that we need to move everything 6 feet away from the back wall. Overpaid and under qualified. Those are the best words to describe the management team at the leasing office. The management team constantly makes mistakes followed by empty promises. They are happy to not do their job and cause financial harm to anyone who is foolish enough to not double check everything they say. I applied for an apartment paid over $300 for application fee and deposit, which was told that would be refunded to me back in December of 2021. I wasnt approved for the apartment. I shouldnt even have to give them one star. I moved out in December left the apartment clean and now Im getting a **** saying i owe rent & cleaning which i dont and still have my receipts.
