I had a microwave go out recently. They refuse to replace it, and they told me I would have to buy a new one. This place always does referral bonuses that would easily cost more than a microwave. The best way to get a hold of corporate is to leave a bad review on ****** Maps. They sent me an email looking like they would help, but they didn't. Terrible company, spends more money on company events than actually fixing up the rundown communities they own. Payroll constantly messes up pay and commissions. They do not change the carpet on cleans it EVEN if stains are remaining after being cleaned . Apartments are not properly cleaned after a move out . All properties have major pest issues whether it be mice or roaches . Terrible dirty and run down place! Limited space so I will try and hit the highlights. 1) Cockroaches,never dealt with roaches until we moved here. I applied and was approved for a 12 month lease. I paid security deposit but was later denied for an apartment. Theyve refused to refund my security deposit, all this place does is steal peoples money, dont waste your time or money applying, it wont work out.
With a family with kids I would not recommend anyone to live here. You are going to have issue with mice, bugs and flooding. I have reached out to management and they yell at you, they do not try to fix the problem.

This company almost seems criminal. Charging application fees is normal however, they also charge an administrative fee which they refer to as a move in fee. Very misleading. Ive seen these types of fees charged in major cities but why in a little suburb of ******, **? I havent seen any other complex in the *********** market that charge an admin fee. To deny an application for a chapter 13 is an outdated process. I have a stellar rental history and a good income. What is worse is the $200 fee they keep and do not refund. The fees say $50 app and $150 move in fee. Your dont want me to live in your community yet you keep a $50 app fee and a $150 administration fee which says move in fee on the actual application.I suggest your compliance department correct the wording to match. Have lived here for three years now. The first year or two was not bad not great either but since ...From ants in the washing machine in the spring (the dead ants were left for weeks). Eventually it was dealt with but still took and entire month. To lease contract changes. To lack of notifications on things.
