I used to be a maintenance supervisor in ***** ********. I was pushed to resign my position due to discrimination, EPA violations fair housing violations, and pay discrepancies on multiple occasions. I even reached out to the higher-**** including the owner on multiple occasions, and nothing was resolved. The owner himself after multiple emails to multiple email accounts of his and a phone call, still no response as of today a, week later. The office staff *****, ******, and ****** are doing illegal stuff. I moved out my apt due to false accusations about my children moving into my apt over 2 wks. I was in the process of moving out the front office entered my apt without notice and changed the locks without a court order.. I contacted the office spoke with assistant ****** who stated she would not open the door so I can get my remaining belongings. I was contacted my Assistant mgr ***** who changed the locks back. A move out inspection was performed with the property mananger where at that time she apologized for the lease violations and throwing her keys at the property manager. **************** also verbally agreed to pay her balance in full upon receiving her final bill.

Continuous water issues. Water dripping from bathroom ceiling into bathroom. Carpet in master bedroom fills up with water from an unknown source. I called the office to have them fix the garbage disposal. Maintenance came in and said we put a little dish soap in drain to solve the problem. Ridiculous. I have lived there for over 4 years but this last year has been the worst. I am a nurse that works 12+ hour shifts and do not have time to keep dealing with this. These people manage the apartments I have been living in for over a year and even since they took over, I have had nothing but issues. The property manager is impossible to get a hold of. I have sent countless emails about issues to no avail. My new lease wasnt explained well whatsoever and I felt taken advantage of when my rent went up a substantial amount without me knowing. (per my review on ****** about *********** Apartments in ***************, ****) Iapplied after a lengthy conversation about what they require as far as requirements and i met every qualification. So i paid the $200 admin fee. Come to find out after a week that i needed a guarantor because my income and rental history did not suffice. The management at the The Brookville needs a recap in customer service I left my ID at their location which my boyfriend lives and when he tried to recover it for after stating my work hours and their hours of op are the same and I could not make arraignments to come get my ID I offered verbal and written authorization to give my belonging to my boyfriend she rolled her eyes and stated it was illegal to give my id even with the proper authorization, then when I disconnected the phone the property manager threatened to call t... read more

I honestly wish at this point I had the money to end my lease. Management office is rude (T@bith@) Ill use symbols to make sure your name is out there girl ;). Called about neighbors harassing us last week. Now this week the office is harassing us and lying to us. Sent an email upon moving in about issues that needed fixed and did they ever fix them? The leasing manager is very rude I explained to her I lost my sister and not one time was compassion shown she brushed me offif you call corporate it runs back to her there is no maintenance on site. The building is becoming infested with roaches and she does nothing a bout it.this is so horrible its a shooting and cars stay flying in the complexwe pay rent to also stay safe something needs to be done I have been an awesome tenant and been in paddock village since 2019
