I feel disappointed to see how they invent charges to keep most of my security deposit, I tried to contact someone higher than the Manager of Northgate Apartments in ******** ********, but every time I tried they diverted the attention and prevented me from escalating the situation with anyone more with false promises to settle the conflict. In addition to an apology, I demand to speak to someone competent and to be reimbursed the fair amount of my deposit.
I was charged a cleaning fee and other fees when my apartment was left in good condition. The manager was not knowledgeable and couldnt explain why I was being charged. I left because the townhomes are very outdated for the price and unfriendly staff.
I was given a notice to comply or be evicted within 7 days because some neighbors called the police and told them it came from our apartment from a couple arguing. I proved to the apartment staff that we were not in town therefore it couldnt have been us but they refuse to withdraw their notice telling me it stands. ****** is the staff member I spoke to and she refuses to be of any help even after providing camera footage that we werent home at all.
My complaint or review regards the Monarch Investment & Management Group, LLC property called *************** in ********* ********. My daughter goes to college at nearby *************************** and recently moved into *************** on August the 18th. I was informed the company doesn't accept the housing choice voucher or section 8 voucher. People are being discriminated against. Its a blanket answer when asked- no third party contracts. It sounds like blatant discrimination. I'd really like to know why.

After living in Camelot from 2019 through 2023 I can say that they were great before this new management came through. After being there for 4 years I was told that the only way to transfer from a 2 bedroom apartment to a 3 bedroom apartment was to pay a $1,500 fee! I was told this was due to people apartment jumping and leaving said apartments in a wreck. I had previously transferred apartments and had no mention of this enormous fee at all. I am leaving this email message as I made 2 calls to the Fairfield Apartments- ***********, ******** office today and the phone service would pick up allow selecting option 1 to continue, however when the phone would picked up by what seem to be a person it was a fumbling sound then call would disconnect (hang up) . Theres nothing luxury about longridge apt. Ive reported several times about the growing of the gnats. I literally get attacked by them the moment I walk in the door. I cant even eat a sandwich without it being attacked. I cant keep food in the refrigerator and I cant cook in my kitchen. I hadnt cooked in my kitchen In months. The unpleasant staff responds by saying theres nothing they can do. I cant sleep in peace bcuz theyre also in my room and in my bed? Absolutely ridiculous!
