Monarch Investments and Management Group owes me my "holding fee" back for an apartment I did not move into. I have been following up since July, it is now September, to get my money back. This company has zero customer service. Seriously consider the negative reviews. Monarch mid-management said that I would be in "legal peril" if I kept leaving bad reviews about Seasons on Chelsea near Cincinnati; it was the response to me when disputing move-out charges. Two maint techs left in the year that we lived here & they were constantly short staffed in maint. When maint did repairs, they were rarely finished the first time (even when it was simple request).
