I can't truly rate the dr as his reception staff was so horrible I couldn't even make the appointment. Twice they left me on hold for 20 minutes before I gave up. I called countless other times and couldn't get through. On my 1st time reaching them they gave me an email address to send them my referral. I sent it and also sent several messages explaining I can't reach them, no answer.
