My blowout is fabulous, and my stylist was delightful, but they must be under new management cuz it is not the same vibe that used to make it an experience. I used to go every once in a while just to feel pampered and beautiful. Now, they barely say hi, and def dont greet you with a glass of champagne anymore. Useful if you have occasion to need a blowout, but no more coming for fun.
Bordering on bad. The girl I had did not really seem like she wanted to be working there. Did not do anything close to the pictures I had shown. Wish I had just done my hair at home.
Don’t come here if you have textured hair. The girl left my hair frizzy and didn’t even know how to style bangs when I explained it to her two times. I had a funeral to attend for a very close family member and I just didn’t have the energy to deal with my hair but now I have to redo my hair bc this place is no good.
I made appointments for hair and makeup. Alanis was wonderful and I loved my hair. I was finished before my makeup appointment so I was okay to wait. However, I was still waiting 20 minutes past my makeup appointment with no confidence of when she could take me by the staff at the front desk. As someone who struggles with doing my makeup, I was really disappointed and had to leave.
All four of us had beautiful blowouts for a wedding. Very Nice people who work there. Made sure the ingredients I am allergic to were not in the products used. Highly recommend.
