I went in to have a 70 style blow out , I showed the stylist the picture, she straightened my hair to the point it was not flipping out, second stylist tried, did the same, after 55 minutes, with no results, I got up and left. I looked hideous, I had no time to fix my hair for the event. Worst experience ever!!! I didn't pay!!!!!!

Booked a last minute blow dry on Friday at 11:15 am with the appointment scheduled an hour later, at 12:15 pm. Realized at 11:45 that I had somehow booked the wrong Blo location. I called to correct the error, and Bloor West's manager was curt and refused to waive the cancellation fee. Given the timing of the situation, I found the outcome to be very poor on customer service. Will never use this location.

Absolutely awful. My girlfriend came in for a basic blowout, and somehow it turned into a 2+ hour ordeal. The stylist was juggling two clients at the same time, which explains the endless waiting. If we had known her appointment would be treated like an afterthought, we never would’ve booked. Because of their terrible time management, we ended up late to an important event, and the salon didn’t seem to care at all.
