Very rude and unprofessional. It doesn't even deserve 1 star. STAY AWAY.
RUDEST PEOPLE EVER!!! Please please please do not waste your time with these people. We had reservations for a bridal party, took a $40 cab drive there for them to tell us they were closing two hours earlier than posted...AND... they didn't have a reservation for us!! Hideous!! The good reviews on here must come from the employees!!
Absolutely horrible customer service. Will never try to go there again, and being a hairdresser myself this is not how you run a business.
The stylists at Blo are experienced, knowledgeable, and professional--they always listen to any requests I have and do a beautiful job. Before I found Blo I tried several other salons, but nothing came close to Blo. The staff is friendly, helpful, kind, and considerate. I love that they have convenient off-street parking and are in a great neighborhood.
I've gotten my hair done at the Blo Bar in New Orleans and Austin for weddings. Both times it looked so great and held all night and the next day! 💗💗Love this company💗💗
I booked my appointment online and the manager called me 5 min before my appointment and canceled it. She said there was a glitch in the system. They did not offer to comp my next blow out or anything. She was not even slightly apologetic. If I canceled the appointment less than 24 hours out they will charge you for the service. Why are they held to a different standard?
