This place has really turned around since the new owner took over. Great customer service like a refreshing beverage while my hair was styled. The manager was on site to make sure my experience was top notch!
The new owners are amazing. I had fabulous customer service from the moment I walked in until I left. The location was clean and sleek. The stylist I had did a great blow out in right under 45 minutes. Highly recommended!
First off Lady was super rude from the start never let me explain that I had reservations from 4-6, emails proving my times. She then says they close at 5 on Saturday when clearly on here says they are open till 7. I will never come back here, plus try answering the phone with the smile it will help with the rudeness.
