Positive communication. Did not look at vehicle as the configuration was not what I was looking for.
Both sales people were very nice, friendly and helpful . Car was there, clean and ready to go. They did the ODOT right there. Drove the car away.
The experience was fine, however the car was not acceptable due to color.
Couldn't wait to see the vehicle. Test drove the car, top didnt work/close. Came all the way from Seattle to see the car. Never heard of an update of the repair. Great customer service followup! NOT!

Dealer DID respond. His obviously clueless and sarcastic answers to my inquiries about past service to his vehicle were irritating at best.

This client asked if a 2 year old Mustang we had with 2,000 miles had any transmission service done.We responded the car was under factory warranty and if it did need anything Ford would foot the bill.He responded with a long winded reason for an alleged transmission defect.We responded in a sarcastic (not malicious manner) manner to engage humor and show humanity.This client didn't take it as such.Our Yelp reviews speak for themselves if interested..
