Blisters is the best-kept secret in Rexburg! After discovering it, I've taken some of my friends and they love it. Their bbq is phenom and all the sides are delicious. I recommend the cowboy three-meat dinner if you're really hungry. I took my two teenage daughters who had the hamburger and it was huge and they said it was great. Wait times are short and the service is good. I highly recommend it!
Blister's BBQ is definitely one of the best kept secrets in Rexburg. It's tucked away in a gas station, but the food is delicious and at such a great price! We LOVE Blister's!

Best brisket! Love the new sauce and portion sizes. Our last visit to Blister's, we came just after closing and we were still served with kindness and a delicious SQUEALER! Hard to not want to eat there every day when we live so close!
Went in and instantly had great service from the guy working the front counter... wish I would have gotten a name. So nice and helpful. The food is amazing too. All over a well ran place.
