Me and my husband LOVE blisters. It is our favorite “oh heck meat and carbs are liffffeeee! Place to eat. We haven’t had anything we didn’t like. Sweet pork is amazing and their loaded fries are as good as you can get. Good prices, great staff and amazing BBQ!!! A Rexburg MUST.

Outstanding pulled pork. This place would do well even back down south. The table sauce is a little weak, but I never use it anyway since the meat does just fine without it

I worked at Blister's BBQ for quite sometime, and I never did get sick of the food! It is by far the best bbq in Rexburg. The staff/owners are awesome and the customer service is always great. Seriously, though, if you are looking for good bbq this is the place to go! It is fantastic!
The fries are amazing, and the tri-tip sandwich is my favorite.
AMMMMAAAAZIIING food!!!! Definently a family favorite! The pulled pork sandwiches are huuuuuuuge (too big for me to even finish) and absolutely delicious. Affordable prices too! Great for a college budget 👍🏻
