RecommendedThese guys do BBQ right. I had the pulled pork sandwich and fries, as well as waffle fries (had to try both kinds...). Loved it! There are a number of menu items I want to try.
Recommendedhands down, the best BBQ joint I've been to in Idaho. their vinegar pulled pork sandwiches are incredible, the brisket is AMAZINGLY TENDER, and the BBQ ribs FALL OFF THE BONE (when they don't run out of them). overall, 5 star rating. no question.

There were flies around when me and my roommates went last (but it is in a old gas station) and the food was OK, but not AMAZING. There are other places i would rather get my pulled pork sandwiches and not have flies buzzing around.

Kelsee, you're absolutely right. We have fly traps set up all over the place and the doors are constantly open with the gas station. However, that's no excuse. We need to do a lot better at managing the flies in there. As far as the food goes, we apologize for your experience and we hope that you'll give us another chance.
