I think Krystal is a wonderful person. And, a very informative instructor. Five star class definitely recommend to others.
My mother in law invited me to join her this evening, and here I experienced my first yoga class...I walked in expecting it to be an hour of simple stretching and left enlightened with much information on this invigorating exercise. Upon entering Blssful Journey, I first felt a sense of warmth from the tranquil atmosphere and smiling faces that welcomed me.
