I attended Chrissy's gentle series yoga class recently & it was the perfect way to start my day! All the stretching, breathing, meditation & quiet time was so relaxing. I felt very at peace when I left & I look forward to going back very soon!
I have no experience here. How ever I do know Kim and she always gives 100 percent in all that she does.
Great location, great instructor and awesome yoga. I will be going every opportunity I have. Well worth it!
KIDs Yoga on Wednesday nights has been an amazing component in my sons BUSY sports/scouts/school schedule! I love that he is part of this healthy, non-competitive group that really helps build his confidence and concentration! And Chrissy does an awesome job making each class new and exciting and energetic... my son always has new poses to show me! And of course the strengthening and stretching is also a plus!!! I recommend any kid to try yoga at least once to see if its right for them!
Nice studio. Welcoming staff. Tried the beginners class and my kids took the kids class. Love that they offer kids class! Really appreciate the instructor's educational style. Really happy to have their big city services out here in JoCo.
