I love Blissful Journey. It's like my little escape in the middle of the week. Such great teachers and a fun, kind community of people.

Nancy and Krystal are awesome. We decided to try this as a family. The kids go in one room (8,9,9) and my husband and I were in another. It is challenging but we loved the stretch. Would recommend to everyone.
