Had a great massage with Leo! He was very knowledgeable (he also works in sports medicine) and helpful with the pain I had been experiencing prior to my massage. He made sure I was comfortable and continuously checked to see if the right pressure was being applied. Overall - great experience!
Called and confirmed the availability of three 90 minute massages for a galentines day event. When my gal pals received confirmation calls (and I didn’t) I called and was told I didn’t have a reservation... and my confirmation number was under a different name. The employee said there was a facial available at the same time or we could change to a weekday. She seemed genuinely confused why these options didn’t solve the problem. Hopefully the Mandarin Oriental keeps better records.
I really got a nice experience in the treatment on my skin.
