From the start my gut told me there was something about Keith Bliss that was untrustworthy and way out of whack. A simple background check confirmed my instincts. Two felony charges, one for "Common Law Larceny" and another for "Conspiracy to Commit Larceny", definitely NOT someone to be given access to anyone's home while they aren't there. I'd recommend calling one of the other realtors in the area, perhaps someone without a record for stealing.
