Kevin did an amazing job with my daughter. Her nails have never looked better!
I’m the not the type to complain and I usually go here for my pedicures which is usually pretty good . Today I went and I told the lady twice if she could cut my toe nails and that I wanted them short . I guess she didn’t understand me then proceeded to polish my nails after she was done I have seen the receptionist and I told him that I told her twice already that I want them short and she didn’t cut them so then I go back for her to cut them and she starts cutting them with the nail polish on so some of them are messed up.... read more
I hadn’t been here in a long while because my last experience wasn’t good. I heard there was a new owner so I decided to try it again because it’s was convenient. Big mistake! I told the technician several times that the drill was too strong and she never altered the speed. Just kept drilling! She was trying to hurry the removal process by thinning out my nails. First time visiting Bliss and it was amazing. Harry did an excellent job with my pedicure and actually massaged me, not just rubbed in lotion. Everything was clean and everyone was very friendly. Prices were average. Definitely a hidden gem ( hard to see from the road) and I will be returning here next time I’m in need of a great pedicure.
This is hands down the BEST nail salon in Lubbock, and frankly, best one I've gone to anywhere.....remarkably clean; the staff is friendly, they wear name tags, and I have never had them pull skin to the point of bleeding (as I have had at other salons). They offer extremely quality work, with a receipt to return if within a week anything chips and needs a touch up. Highly recommend this hidden gem of Lubbock.
