I have been going for over 11 years and their services suck, each time it gets worse and worse! They keep pushing for GEL services and pushing for the most expensive pedicures, I kept telling them no I just want the regular pedicure, then they look at you and talk with their coworker in Chinese, it made me feel so uncomfortable!!! No wonder this place is getting less and less people, they are money hungry and want to add on services

I work right next store to the salon so I went after my shift to get a quick eyebrow wax. I was told to take a seat and they would be right with me. After 30 minutes of waiting I left. This was not the first time either. Terrible customer service and will not return again.

Can not tell you how amazing Kim is and every staff member! I would travel to come to this salon. I was a devoted customer. In summer time during covied I was their when they brought their whole buisness outside during covid. This place is apsolutley spectacular! I drove four hours round trip to bring my friend here for the, still to this day, my favorite pedicure ever. I visited this salon while traveling to town bc my gel manicure was chipping badly. Before is even sat down they were trying to upsell me on a dip manicure - not what I came for. I said I wanted my gel removed and have a clear coat to protect my nail nails. The tech went ahead and did a full gel manicure even when I asked for just a top coat, and then upsold a hand wax (didn’t actually do anything) and THEN said my eyebrows could use shaping and that she could help me with that.
