We were recently in Key West and stopped in at Bliss for the first time. The staff there, especially Ashlynn and Charlie, were great. We ended up walking out with some earrings for my wife and a watch for me. We will definitely stop back in again. Thanks for a great experience.

Stopped in to get a pin put into my watch and that had broken. Peter and Cassandra were absolutely wonderful. In 20 minutes Peter had my watch ready to wear again, didn’t charge anything for the great service and we had a delightful and fun conversation with them to boot. What a first class operation!
Bliss jewelers is fantastic to work with! We had a diamond fall off my wife's wedding band that we purchased there, and our next time back in key west they fixed it for free, either away while we waited in town.
