Ms. Donna(owner) and her staff made this day amazing. I had an appointment set up for my bridal party to get fitted. Everything went smoothly. Ms. Donna and her team were very professional, patient, kind, and very knowledgeable with what they were doing. I had an awesome time and I will use them again. I reccomend anyone who is searching for a wedding gown, prom dress, or pageant gown to go here. This place has a great staff and reasonable prices.

I called this location to attempt to set up an appointment to fit for a wedding dress. The person that answered the phone asked me when the wedding date was and I told her in 2 months. She stated that the date was so close and that I would probably have to select something off the rack and maybe have it altered. Which is fine with me. So she said she would prefer that I come in the first Saturday in May because it's prom season...REALLY?? I came in to get fitted for my bridesmaid dress and I was so pleased with how helpful they were. The staff displayed excellent customer service and I walked out of the store very happy. I encourage everyone to take a minute to stop by the shop I promise you won't be disappointed.

Unique Boutique and Bridal is the absolute BEST!!! When I arrived for my appointment, I was greeted and assisted immediately. Although the store was quite busy with other brides and students looking for prom dresses, Ms. Donna went above and beyond to assist me in selecting and trying on dresses and accessories during my appointment. Today coming into Memphis from out of town in need of a pageant dress badly but not knowing where to look or where to go I googled and found this one. It was absolutely everything I was looking for plus! We got the perfect dress. They were amazingly nice and helpful and accommodating. I fell in love with the lady's and can't wait to go back so that can help us get it RIGHT! It may be small but they have it all. I will be back!

Very nice, reasonable prices, excellent staff. Most importantly they appreciate their customers unlike some other places I went in to shop. Very nice staff helped me pick out the perfect dress. And I dont know what the reviewer is talking about saying the dresses aren't in bags, all of them are except the ones on display which is only like 6 dresses.
