I've been getting my hair done the same way by the same person at the same salon in my hometown of Pittsburgh for 10+ years. I needed a place to go since I now go to school in Ohio, so I went to Bliss via recommendation from a friend. BEST. DECISION. EVER!!!! I won't go anywhere else!!!
