I came here today for the first time. Kim was very nice but removed my old acrylics by ripping them off using a nail tip, I was unsure if this was normal practice or not so I didn't say anything but it clearly was damaging my natural nails, was painful, and even made one nail bleed under the nail, with no acknowledgement.
