Kim, the owner of Bliss Beauty Bar, is a truly talented artist. No matter what ideas I bring, Kim always makes my nails look even better than I imagined. The quality of work from all her employees is far superior to other places I’ve been, and the attention to detail really shows. I won’t go anywhere else!
Had an appointment for my daughter at 2 and they took a walk in first told my daughter she would have to wait 30 minutes because of that then the owner told me she would still be done by 3 because we had other appointments but we didnt walk out until 3:40. They double scheduled another lady for 2 (because they only have one person to do acrylic) and it took over an hour for her to just get gel by someone who usually does pedicures, she complained she was late for another appointment. I came here today for the first time. Kim was very nice but removed my old acrylics by ripping them off using a nail tip, I was unsure if this was normal practice or not so I didn't say anything but it clearly was damaging my natural nails, was painful, and even made one nail bleed under the nail, with no acknowledgement.
