BLiS is the bomb! I've tasted and bought their bourbon barrel aged maple syrup, Blast sauce, Steak sauce and smoked roe - sooooooo good! The Blast sauce is particularly great with eggs! The fact that it is locally sourced and locally made makes my heart happy.
