I made a booking on March 11 for March 12 with Blinksy Lashes. I informed Tanita on March 12 and provided her proof that I got COVID positive. Tanita charged me $100 for cancellation on Booksy. After filing this complaint of charge, she mentioned that she would refund me. I had followed up with her several times and she responded once after a month of contacting her that she will charge me $20 for cancellation. She never informed me of the $20 fee for cancellation. I moved to the Bay Area from NYC and was nervous to find a new place to get my eyelashes done but I’m SO HAPPY I came to this place. My lashes look amazing and I feel like a star. I also rarely write reviews, but I had to write a review as Tanita is so talented and detail oriented. Highly recommend.
