These guys are the best! Great service, pleasant and pure quality. I have been wearing glasses for 60 years so have had lots of exams and fittings. Nick gave me one of the most comprehensive exams I've had and Tom helped me pick out new frames and lens with a real knowledge of the product . It was refreshing to work with people who know what they are doing.
I received exceptionally good service at Blink! The eye exam was thorough, and Nick every part of it more clearly than I've ever heard the aspects of an optometry exam explained before. Their guidance in choosing frames REALLY helped. I've worn glasses for many years, but they helped me choose frames that look amazing and are ME. I fully intend to go back to get sunglasses!
I have never ever had so much fun shopping- BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE! This IS THE PLACE to go and I will never go anywhere else! Stop in there and you will feel the same!!!! I wore my new glasses today and have never had this many compliments, one included a kindergartner (not being able to control herself) yelling down the hall- 'you look AMAZING, I LOVE THOSE GLASSES' that is when you know you you bought the right pair ;). As long as I live in Duluth, I can't imagine going anywhere else for eye care. Nick and Tom are both wonderful to work with and provide high quality service!
