Jess is awesome! She is so good at what she does, both technically and interpersonally. She makes you feel right at home and at ease, even if you're nervous (and let's be honest, we were all nervous the first time we got a bikini wax!). She's easy-going, friendly and really knows her stuff. Can't recommend her highly enough!
