My bracelet broke within a week of purchase. Rather than properly inspecting the item they dismissed me stating I was too rough- despite my other bracelet remaining intact. They said that they would call the owners of the company (based in the Phillipines) but it has been close to a week and I haven’t been informed of anything. I made contact online for help as I thought this would ensure I got the help I was after but still nothing either.
