I have purchased indoor and outdoor shades from this company. The shades are made well in general at affordable prices, easy to order, easy to install. They dont degrade quickly in the beating sun in Socal, easy to operate. Just happened some parts were broken after 4 yrs... I contacted them for the warranty replacement. They are very understanding to talk to without making unreasonable defenses , then quickly processed the replacements. I am very impressed with their customer service. She was able to answer all my questions and was VERY nice and super helpful and put me at ease! Definitely great customer service at this company! My wife and I were remodeling our primary bath and did extensive shopping. A friend mentioned looking online, while searching on Google I found BlindsGalore. We needed up Purchasing light filtering cellulose shades. The price was fair. Their website really walks you through the measuring process so you get the best fit. I have ordered from Blindsgalore several times without issue; however, my recent experience was miserable. I did not receive the order when promised and was told that I needed to call a delivery company. That’s a problem, in that they give you no notification of any type that you need to call for the delivery. Either Blindsgalore needs to send proper notifications or the delivery company needs to contact the customer. Very disappointing process - will not order from them again.
Bought two sets of blinds online; the website was easy to use, they were of very reasonable value, they arrived FAST and they are of great quality! I'm so happy! I couldn't find vertical blinds anymore in the local hardware giant stores, and their websites were hard to follow! Thank you so much! This will always be my first stop for blinds! I'll be needing to replace more soon!
