Ordered solar shades. I’ve had multiple calls about many issues with these. First they ordered the cords and two of the valences were cut for the wrong side. They fixed it and gave me a discount (well the product went on sale so they basically honored the new price). But we have another issue. Look at the pics and the sides… which are unfinished. Had no idea the product would look like this. In fact i had these at my old house (yes a two time customer here) and this is not the quality. No one would buy these with this look. ... read more
We ordered a simple roll-up shade for a large window because we needed the custom size. We previously ordered window coverings of various styles and we were happy with quality of the shades at a fair price. You can buy cheaper, but lower quality.
