We have had the pleasure of working with Derek Rocio at Blinds.com for several years now and multiple homes requiring blinds/replacement blinds. He is by far the best in customer service we have ever worked with. He's prompt, he delivers, he cares, and he does what he says he's going to do. That's not always so easy to get anymore. There’s was no where to talk to
Hopefully this review will change as time goes by and it has. I ordered and eventually received the 2 mini blinds I ordered. The materials used is superior to competitors. And that is where the superior ends and have to really work at even getting to a pathetic. the header and all the slats are vanilla yet the bottom rail is pure stark white.
