Very comprehensive website and process, great prices and relatively quick shipping which seems to at least match the competition for custom blinds.
Lee Jiles is a most competent and helpful representative with Blinds.com. I was lucky to be one of his clients. Truly, the man has the patience of a saint! I started out thinking I wanted cellular shades, but none of the many, many samples he sent worked for me. Then I looked at the woven woods, but not all are top-down bottom-up, but Lee helped me sort through all that and happily sent more samples. In the end, I am a very satisfied customer, and I highly recommend him!
Received and installed the custom sized window blind for my kitchen. Fit like a glove, looks great. Very satisfied with the product.
I ordered shutters in 2022. In 2026 I ordered one more to match the originals. What was delivered was different. Blinds told me they were the same thing when I ordered and after I called upon delivery. They show the same product number, sku, and name for both product and would not allow a refund, or a remake under the initial order though mfgs are the same for both.
