I could not be happier with the customer service and products from The Blind Spot! Troy is so friendly and professional. Great communication from the office staff. I had them do wood shutters and roller shades with a remote control and both products were great quality and installed meticulously! I needed a few adjustments and help with some remote settings and they came right up to help! I highly recommend this company!!
RecommendedI loved them and they came gave me a bid and I had upstairs done and loved them so much I called a month later and had basement done -Steve was great with bid and Jon was installer and he was excellent in fact I asked for Him to come back to do basement ! In fact we said we should of done them 20 years ago - they are so easy to clean and great to keep cold air out ! And are they ever sturdy !

We absolutely love our shutters! The installer said that one of them wasn't quite cut straight and he reordered one of the panels, but we couldn't tell any difference at all! We really appreciated the professional job that he did! We tell everyone about this great company. Also our son had called many different companies and got bids and decided on the blind-spot for their house full of shutters so we just automatically called them and we're glad we did!

I have just had 6 windows installed with plantation shutters. Very pleased with Blind Spot! When I called for an estimate, they came when they said they would and brought samples. Didn't just say what they could do. He gave a written estimate and told me the truth that it would take a little longer to install because of the holidays.
