RecommendedI rarely give ratings. Our shutters and shades were installed today. Fidel did a great job. True workmanship, clean (shoes off) friendly and a quality guy. We called Steve for a bid. He showed up on time and explained us our options. Superb service. We’ve had others, much older SLC companies do shutters in the past. They don’t come close in service or quality. Blind spot was not only the best price but their service was outstanding. They took the time needed to make sure our shutters were installed right and they look perfect. I looked at a lot of different shutters and these were by far the best looking and best functioning. The internal hidden mechanism makes it so easy to clean. We love our shutters.
Sean was great explaining the bid for our blinds. He was helpful, courteous and I felt confident Blind Spot would be the best choice out of two quotes. I will order from this company again. I was most impressed with Jared, the installer. Very friendly, respectful of our home (willing to take off his shoes), made sure the binds were installed correctly and to my satisfaction plus great customer service skills!
Troy was at my home exactly when he said he would be, was very professional and polite. He also went out of his way to accommodate us and deliver satisfaction and great service. If we ever need help again we won't hesitate to call him and his company. A BIG THANKS to Troy!!!

Blind spot did our shades in our entire house. They came in $1,000 less than their competitors. The quality is amazing. They look fabulous.
Blind spot was recommended to us from a friend. Unfortunately we had a terrible experience! I’ve never written a bad review before, but I want to prevent others from having the same poor experience we did. It started with the gentleman that gave us our bid assuring us our window coverings would be installed in 2 weeks. He did say sometimes it can take 3 weeks but that almost never happens. Unfortunately, things do not always go as well as we would hope for, including when our installer got food poisoning and had to use the restroom.
