They connected us with an experienced Hunter-Douglas service man in just one day. Ray was able to reset the now-obsolete remote for our floor-to-ceiling blinds, which are in great condition despite having been installed in the nineties!
Amazing team to work with. I had a custom order of over 20 roller shades and the team delivered and installed as promised with a very quick turnover time.
